Google Bad Review 1: I am a former patient as of today! I have just been turned away while having a dental emergency. My fixed retainer that was repaired by them came lose and was stabbing me in my tongue causing me to bleed. I requested for the dentist to cut the wire, a simple procedure that would of taken 10 seconds. I was not made a priority, treated with kindness or given any care. SKIP THIS DENTAL PRACTICE AS THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Google Bad Review (2): i developed a chronic tooth ache over a weekend and by Monday i needed the tooth taken out as i was in so much pain and I've had so much trouble with it in the past.
I made an appointment with Smiles and got booked in to see Stuart, he took an X-ray, told me the tooth was in a state (as its been filled 4 times over the last 43 years). Stuart then refused to take the tooth out and wanted to fill it!! not sure what he was hopping to achieve??
When the anaesthetic wore off i was in more pain than before and £240 out of pocket thanks to Smiles!
I then managed to get to my dentist who removed the tooth after seeing the state of it and it cost me £62.
A lesson learnt on my behalf and i will NOT be returning to Smiles again.
