Google Bad Review 1: I will definitely not recommended this practice. They kept me waiting for 15-20 minutes and even then while the dentist was working on my teeth he was also seeing 2 other patients at the same time.
He only had very little time to actually talk with me and the only thing he said is that he must make an appointment for me to do other teeth. As I was a private patient I paid £130 for one filling however, when I went home I discovered that it doesn’t match the colour of the rest of my theeth at all. I traveled a long way to get there fooled by a recommendation and I’m very disappointed.

Google Bad Review (2): Very very poor service. Do not use this Dentist or get sucked in by the fake reviews. I was 10 minutes late due to heavy traffic during the rush hour so they cancelled my appointment for a clean and polish. Especially disappointing as I saw the reviews and thought they would be really good. I explained I took a day off work to be there, they just ignored it. There is a lady called Maggie at the reception who came across with typical fake pleasantries but sided with her colleague.
The lady (Jessica – according to their website) that was going to carry out the clean and polish became aggressive like she was doing me a favour by cancelling.
I was also booked to see the Dentist, a lady called Zainab. When I eventually saw her, the whole process felt very rushed. She delivered very bad news to me and offered no course of treatment or advice. Just offered the worst possible scenario. When I challenged her that I have done some online research and found certain treatments she backtracked and said the specialist will discuss this with me. Just wondered why I paid her £50.
They were quick to book a appointment with a specialist at a cost of another £120 and held on to my £30 deposit. All this cost before any treatment whatsoever.
All in all I felt massive disappointment. The drive home was very sombre. Just felt conned and wondering if I want to take it further.
