Google Bad Review 1: I moved into my flat in 2016 and since then have been disturbed by tenants that De Vere move into the block. The first tenants were evicted due to drug use. The second tenant has caused constant unrest for residents with drug use, violence, property damage and antisocial behaviour. Paul is well aware of the issues and hasn’t resolved the matter. He ignores residents emails and is unresponsive. Zero stars. Avoid.
