Google Bad Review 1: Day Morris acted for us in the sale of our property. They put forward an offer to the prospective purchaser without our instructions to do so. The offer was lower than we wanted to make and it and it caused a massive problem. They claimed it was a misunderstanding, however the figure put forward had never been discussed, so it seems unlikely that it was a misunderstanding. When the sale completed they overcharged us by £5,000. When we pointed this out they said it was a “mistake” and did not apologise.
Avoid this firm.

Google Bad Review (2): I reply for -Nobody ever answers my emails and phone calls. And yes it is right that I asked about the flat in Constantine road, still post it, but me not answer, i was ready to rent. But nothing from u. Lady who showed the flat never reply anymore.
