Google Bad Review 1: We had a horrible experience with this store. They made an engagement ring for us, however it was given to us with a large water stain on the band, the back piece fell off on the first day and there was an issue with the beading. They said they would fix the back but refused to fix the beading on several occasions until we asked for a refund. By this stage we were fed up with the unprofessionalism and lengthy timescales and had completely lost faith in the company. Though they promised us a refund, they never bothered to put it through even after countless phone calls and emails. We had to get a third party to step in at the end.
Avoid this place like the plague.
Edit- I wasn't asking for a design change in the ring, the beading was sloppily done and had leaked over the stone. Would you accept a brand new car with a scratch because the company selling it didn't want to deal with it?

Google Bad Review (2): If I could give it no starts, I would. Avoid this store at all costs! My husband got my engagement ring here and less than a year later, the centre diamond fell out. It took us five months to get our money back – and only after we decided to take the matter to court. The quality of the products is shocking and, although the staff were nice at first, as soon as they had our money, they didn’t care, and the customer service became abominable. No after care, and terrible service. For your own piece of mind, please avoid this place because, if you’re unlucky like we were, you’ll have to prepare for a long battle to get any reimbursement.
