Google Bad Review 1: At first David came across very helpful and friendly with a sense of purpose. But during the course of my case he was obviously forgetful of the case facts and once the case was finally in court kept me in the dark about what was happening. The case was won with a counter claim made for which he has to date not revealed his charges. In the counter claim despite repeatedly asking for said charges. In December after my money was awarded he told me i would get “some” of the money awarded to me after the costs had been calculated and from £5000 so far i have received not only no money but no break down of the costs or even a response to any calls or texts that i have made in this time. I am writing this on January 17th. David spoke candidly about his own business problems and recent cases against him involving a staff member. In my opinion he has acted totally unprofessional and despite my attempts to complain has not responded still. Update: sat 19th 2019. I got a reply finally yesterday in which david hinted the 5k i won wasn't mine and a promise for a call back after 2 pm. At 4.30 i finally got him on the phone again to be told he would call me back at 5pm. At 7pm on friday 18th he reminded me via text that we often worked until late on my case and despite repeated attempts to contact him refused to answer. He finally responded via text to say he would call me this afternoon but still no call and it is now 19.31. Saturday 19th..
It is now June as requested i left it to david to get back to me. But no response. I am now putting in an official complaint and will then approach an ombudsman and if no success there intend to escalate.
