Google Bad Review 1: Very very poor service. Having said they would look at the case and have it done in 5 days, I waited three weeks. Even then after two weeks of poor communication I resorted to chase them every day. Even after promising my the work would be complete and that they would work until it was done, again two days later still waiting. They charge a significant rate per machine and the report they gave was incredibly light, very poor and something I could have knocked up using reg edit. Rip-off and borderline fraud, I am asking for my money back.

Google Bad Review (2): Do not read these bunch of fake reviews. I had two files on a usb which I thought I couldn’t retrieve. 3 phone calls here. Not in a single one was I told what it would cost. I waste my afternoon driving there girl meets me outside the door looks at pen drive and without even testing says £250-£300 !!!!! She must have diagnosed the problem in the palm of her hands by magic.
I take the pen drive to a computer guy down the road, no charge says it’s working fine probably didn’t push it in hard enough.
Just goes to show you decency!!!
