Google Bad Review 1: Very unprofessional and terrible customer service. I booked with this guy and he made me sit there for 30 minutes and then told me he wasn’t aware I had an appointment. He didn’t once apologise and completely ignored me and carried on doing someone else’s nails. Terrible customer service from him. I would never go back here. Seems like he books loads of people but can’t accommodate any. Do not recommend this place.

Google Bad Review (2): Nice decor. I did my nails on the 20th December, by Monday the 23rd my acrylics were lifting and one fell off. Today 27/12/19 I had to take them off and to-do them at another nail bar.
