Google Bad Review 1: I believe in freedom of speech to honestly give my opinion whether good or bad, and review the business experiences I have had.
Unfortunately my experience with Graham have been the most unpleasant this year.
Graham and co. called or emailed me every other day chasing for the money for a comprehensive damp survey I needed doing. This set off alarm bells as he asked for a straight bank transfer before ANY services were provided and before I even met him. And to me sounds like a scam.
Most professional businesses take credit cards or send an invoice. You pay when report or service is completed. Moreover Graham and co. kept emailing or calling me asking for the money at such a frequency I was disturbed. So I decided to call him directly and to ask if I can put down a small deposit rather than the full amount.
When I called Graham – it was exactly how I imagined he would be and sounded in my view like a cowboy from the Wild Wild West. I told him my concerns that is what if he does not turn up once I paid. He said in a very unpleasant tone well if you don’t pay I don’t come and put the phone down on me.
I do not trust him
Also he said he is based in Wimbledon but it says Nine Elms, clearly he lied. On company house it says he’s in Surrey. Which office are you at Graham??
Graham then proceeded to threaten me via email that he will get his solicitors to sue me for libel for writing this honest review. This is exactly a man I don’t want to deal with which is an awful and mean man who would rather spend his time threatening people than on providing actual service which clearly I did not get.
And yes my name is Christine. I do not hide from my experiences I tell them how it is!!

Google Bad Review (2): Not the most helpful of telephone staff! the lady on the end of the phone seemed annoyed I'd called. Didn't have the patience to discuss any options of quotations with me simply that it's £250 + VAT for a quote (?) – no other detail offered when asked
