Google Bad Review 1: Brought a little mini from them, only for lots of things to go wrong with it in less than 3 months.
First the battery died so had to get a new one fitted and replaced (had to get a jump on xmas day – not fun!)
Then the radiator had a leak so the car ran out of coolant (even though we kept topping it up) so ended up with a completely dry engine which overheated, leaving us stranded on a motorway.
When I called to ask for help, I was told none of this was covered in my warranty and to get it fixed myself. Not helpful at all and also completely dismissive of the issues. Actually laughed down the phone when I told them what had happened.
Also recommend double checking the prices on auto trader as they are usually about £500 less than displayed on the car.

Google Bad Review (2): In brief….. I would not trust this garage!…. Bought a car here. Head Gasket went on the way home from garage. Dave promised to fix it so took car back to him to fix because he said he would provided a years guarantee. Head gasket went again, called DAK cars no answer so called the garage next door where Dave had said the repair was done, they had not fixed it turned out somebody else had done a cheap fix, DAK would not stand by the warranty or pay for the repair.
Ended up taking DAK Cars to small claims and I'm happy to say we won 100% of our claim 🙂
He had a Law firm called Lawgistics – who website seemed to be more help to me than to him! Don't let them scare you off.
