Google Bad Review 1: This company was recommended to me by another lift company. Unfortunately I found them to be totally useless. The first time i called them I spoke to a guy called Adam, who was keen on me signing a maintenance contract instead of resolving my broken down lift. Thankfully I was off work that day so I couldn't do it. I ended up paying £241 for an emergency call out. They sent out an engineer, who spent 3 hours on site and told me that he couldn't fix the lift because he was waiting a manual from Croatia. From that point i knew i needed to call another company. I did, and they repaired my lift the next morning. In the meantime these guys had received the manual and not returned my call. Adam admitted fault on this. I paid £288 to fix my lift from the other company. I asked Adam for a partial refund (50%) which i deemed fair. Its not about the money but the principle! Anyway he refused and here I am. AVOID AVOID AVOID
