Google Bad Review: A tawdry outfit with no regard for customers
Avoid this company. I have had a nightmare with Cycles UK over what should have been a simple click and collect order at their Greenwich store. My family and I are now having to delay our holiday because this shambolic outfit can't seem to find the bikes I've bought.
In the middle of June visited the Greenwich store to scope out a couple of new bikes as a treat for my children to take away on holiday. I was assured in store that the ‘click & collect' service would only take ‘a couple of days' to complete and off I went to order online. Three weeks(!) later I am still waiting for one of the bikes to arrive. During this time I have been told to visit the store to collect only to find the bikes were not in fact there, they then sent the wrong bike which then had to be returned. I have spent the last week chasing the store and head office to no avail. They can't get you off the phone quick enough and despite assurances that they are ‘looking into it' no one calls you back. I have a very bitter sense that once these guys have your money, they frankly don't care. As I mentioned above, I and my family are now having to delay our holiday because of these tawdry dealers.
