Google Bad Review: First time I set foot in this coffee house and what a disappointment.
I walked in and there was no one available to take my order and after waiting for a minute I peered round the corner by the toilets to get the attention of the lady who was in the back. She then proceeded to having a go at me and called me ‘crazy’ because I was letting her know a customer is waiting.
This was followed by some back and forth and no apology for the insult – I came in here for a cup of coffee not a verbal assault.
She then proceeded to make a very poor cup of latte. I’ve had machine lattes that have been better.
To the owners, I’m sure you invested in this fine establishment with a goal to provide good quality coffee in Ealing but experiences like this will leave a bad taste in the local community’s mouth – and that’s before trying the latte.
