Google Bad Review (2): They started off on a great foot. Came out right away, over Labor Day weekend. (We had a leak in our master bathroom upstairs that resulted in water raining down to our downstairs living room). Then asked me to give them a glowing review in exchange for a gift card, so I did. Then the next 6 months happened. Our case was dropped at least 5-6 times. Every time we called it was as if they had never heard of us and we had to re-fill them in on what happened at our house. We had a hole in our ceiling and we were unable to use our master bathroom for 6 months. The last 2 times we called we spoke with a guy named Curtis. The last time my husband called it was to cancel our service with them and start over with someone new. My husband was calmly and nicely explaining, for the hundredth time, what our situation was and Curtis interrupted him to say ‘Now I'm going to explain to you what is going on, and be quiet since you don't seem to listen well'. After this blatant disrespect Curtis had the nerve to ask us for more money and that he would be sending us a bill. My husband politely told him he could send the bill but there was no way we would be paying it. We finally called someone else, they came out and our ceiling and bathroom was fixed within 2 weeks. I DO NOT recommend CTR to anyone ever.
