Google Reviewer 1, Name (Bad Review): RACHAEL BROMLEY
Google Bad Review 1: Zeb asked to asked the height off 3 leylandii, did one well, half of he second and has yet to return to complete the job. Has been paid for the job ( I know, foolish, but he is known to us socially) . He left most of the cut branches behind and it took several weeks for him to come and clear hte site, even now some remains. This has been going on since June 2021, it is now April 2022, have tried all forms of contact, even been to registered address, which turns out to be his accountant, He has completely disappeared. Very poor service, have had all the ‘ love and peace’ waffle, not feeling much myself.
I would not recommend this company.
Google Reviewer 2, Name (Bad Review): John Chart
Google Bad Review (2): Use at your own risk! We asked zeb and the team to take 2 trees down and reduce another by 25%. He was paid out over a year ago and has thus far broken promises, not answered and not ever returned to finish our job in beckenham. I would never recommend them to anyone. They also did not abide by health & safety regulations, use at your own risk!!
