Google Bad Review 1: *Note that many of the reviews praising ‘Dr Sami' and his team are made by supposed customers who have reviewed only this practice, no other places. These should be treated with suspicion as it is common practice, especially by poorly rated venues, to try to dilute these with lots of fake 5 star reviews*
Whilst a student at the nearby university, my molar tooth broke and I needed urgent advice regarding treatment. I had an extremely good dentist that I go to in my hometown but this was urgent so I booked an emergency appointment. I was told by the ‘doctor’ that I required either a root canal or a filling. I was not offered an NHS option and was told that the root canal would cost upwards of £600 and the filling £160, plus 2 x £30 appointment fees. I was concerned that he had offered me two choices and asked which would be best. He told me that he would be able to completely excavate the rotting out of the tooth and put a filling over the top, which would last the test of time. I thought that £160 was a little steep but went with it as I didn’t have another option, and he went ahead with the work.
Following the work, I suffered from horrendous pain, which required me to use painkillers every day. I returned to the practice to ask for the ‘doctor’ to take a look at it and he refused, saying that I would need to book in another appointment at my expense. There was no negotiation, so I went for an x-ray with another practice (who are absolutely brilliant and remain my practice today), who told me that the tooth was still rotting from the inside and that I was likely to lose it within 5 years now, even with a root canal. They offered me an NHS option of the x-ray, check-up, a clean and the root canal surgery for little over £200. Once I’d had that work done, the pain went immediately and it has not returned since.
It is so important to look after your teeth and, given that, it’s extremely important to trust your doctor. I can honestly say that this is one of the worst run practices I have ever come across. The ‘doctor’ is extremely immoral, irresponsible and has no integrity. His decision to make money from me, rather than offer me the proper advice and treatment I required, will ultimately cost me a molar tooth one day. I would advise anyone to avoid this practice.

Google Bad Review (2): Called to book an appointment, rather than book me in there was somehow all sorts of confusion and waited on the line for ages for multiple people to figure out that my old booking was cancelled prepandemic. Just terrible service.
