Google Bad Review 1: I DO NOT recommend creative IT. Apart from bad communication, to actually getting the laptop back in worse condition than I brought it, I can't shout loud enough to avoid this shop or at least think twice. Had my laptop with these creatives for 8 painful weeks, during which I was the one calling them, trying to get updates, never receiving any calls. Sam tried to explain what's going on but made it feel more confusing. I trully and honestly ask you guys to improve on your communication with clients. When I decided to take my laptop back, i got it with missing screws, missing rubber feet and missing charger. Managed to get the charger back after chasing them with phone calls for few weeks. I recommend to look for honest laptop repair shops, with no fix no fee policy. It is true that I haven't paid for the non repair, but CreativeIT's £45 fee for diagnostics and even failed repairs is way over the top. Can you imagine getting the laptop with missing charger, missing screws and missing labels on important parts inside, and still have to pay the fee? The worst part is, it took a bad review for you guys to reply to my requests for replacement of missing screws and missing rubber feet back in december…

Google Bad Review (2): Run away! There is a minimum charge of £55 just for the diagnostic, and then they tried to charge me £220 a piece a hardware I could find on Amazon for £72… They had another £120 for service charge… and I had to insist for a quote and a report… Absolute thieves.

1 – We charge £185+vat to replace it plus £95 labour charge if we supply and fit.
2- We charge labour charge of £135+vat if you were to supply us the part.

Min charge of £45+vat applied as it was discussed.”
