Google Bad Review 1: My advice: don’t go. There is a reason for the current 3/5 star rating.
Why? There are 3 things that make your restaurant experience great: ambience, service and food.
Ambience is nice and there was a DJ with good music. Why is crazy pizza such a hype because of a “cook” that comes to spin a fake pizza dough above your heads for 2.5 minutes with the song “Bella ciao” in the background. So I need to spend 23 GBP for a below average pizza to see this?
Service was ok. Nothing special, got served quickly and brought the starter (truffle fries) together with the main. During desert brought the bill and apologised that there are only 20 min left until we need to leave.
Food: my girlfriend is Italian and she knows how perfect pizza has to taste. Unfortunately the pizza at crazy pizza is neither special in terms of toppings nor has a great taste. Attached picture shows the pizza. Just because you cover it all over with ham doesn’t make it good.
My recommendation: try 50 Kalo close to Trafalgar Square or Ave Mario for real Italian food and pizza.

Google Bad Review (2): ** As expected, just another generic response from Crazy Pizza similar to those on other reviews, I used the same name as above to make the booking if management really care they would have made an effort to contact me, I don’t have faith any changes will be made**
4 of us visited on a Sunday evening, all 4 of us were very disappointed with the food/ service.
We eat out regularly and are happy to pay for great food and service and we agreed for the bland food & poor service we will not be coming here again.
The pizzas were very bland, couldn't taste the tomato and hardly any cheese. The Calzone was just full of air, when cutting into it there was barely anything in it.
Maybe our bar has been set quite high buy our local Pizzeria, Estro's in Tunbridge Wells.
The service was slow and not attentive, we had to ask numerous times for our drinks and condiments while our food got cold.
All four of us walked away very dissatisfied, will not be going back. The only reason they have an business is due to the location, I would go else where there is plenty of better options near by.
