Google Bad Review 1: Absolutely zero customer service. My apartment has been without heating and hot water for 3 days. This is due to the communal ADSL line being down and therefore I’m unable to ‘top up’ my meter account online as it can’t communicate with my meter. Crabtree Property Management REFUSING to do anything to fix the issue, stating rudely to myself, the metering company and the letting agent ‘not our problem’ and hanging up the phone. I am here with with no heating and no hot water and a four year old……. this company should be ashamed of itself. Refusing to issue purchase orders to allow engineers to come and fix problems which THEY are contractually responsible for fixing…… exactly what are they doing with people service charge monies? as the funds are clearly being mis managed……

Google Bad Review (2): I wish I could give them -100 stars. They have zero knowledge about property management. Yup I got 2 updates today but nothing is being solved. Oh btw the leak was discovered ONE WEEK ago.
