Google Bad Review 1: Do not use this company if you do not want a headache!! Even the 1* is too much.. Very disappointed and I doubt the 4-5* comes from real customers. They are rather family members and friends..we had several demaged boxes even when labelled fragile.. £500 worth tent in pieces… They never said our stuff will be packed 2times more before arriving to Hungary. 1st time, in front of us was packed very well of course. Not the case when we were not present. Several items gone missing including a fairly new PlayStation 4. Of course the company is saying we didn’t pack our things properly. What does that got to do with items going missing?? Of course no answer on that… Thieves… If you really want a successful business you do not treat your paying customers the way you treated us. We are still waiting for a response regarding our missing items.. They even sent us a picture of one of our missing item..What more can I say? ♀️Think twice and please believe the bad reviewers. After all it is your money. Give it to people who really care.
Google Reviewer 2, Name (Bad Review): Anna Baráth
Google Bad Review (2): This company and its drivers engage in a number of unethical practices so DO NOT USE them.
1. Try double-charging you for pre-paid parcels on arrival – I had to run after my money after they made my mum pay for a parcel I already paid for when I sent it.
2. Raising the price on delivery, claiming it was heavier (I’m sorry but did you not see this when you picked it up)
3. Most recently, adding 10% to the price claiming that if you pay at delivery it costs more – when no such thing was disclosed at the time of the order. In fact I asked to clarify the price a day before delivery and at no point was this mentioned.
4. They have a network of company names they go by so took a while to find the actual company to even write a review.
I’m not sure if they work with shoddy drivers who scam customers to fill their own pockets or the company does this in full knowledge of what they are doing but in any case, avoid them unless you’d like a giant headache and your money lost.
