Google Bad Review 1: A swindller. I attempted to get a bespoke ring made with Cos. On the first visit to the shop he showed me the bucket of thank you cards from beneath the counter, boasted how he had made a ring for ‘Lady' Thatcher and told me he wasn't in the business for money. When I finally found a design he was willing to ‘put his name to' the finished product did not look like anything we agreed on. On the 5th visit to shop trying to see if can alter the ring i noticed the bag the ring came out of had the name of a trade only store in Hatton garden . I found the exact ring in their catalogue online. Complete waste of my time.
