They kept my documents from July 2018 to October 2018 , which exceeded the six month rules to take a school for a judicial review.The staff lie,rude and
unprofessional in every aspect of the word.
They need to be closed down ss they hinder your chances of getting justice for injustice and discrimination towards a child.
Please seek advice elsewhere, don’t allow them to retain your documents always have an alternative as they will be the cause why your case does not get to court in a reasonable time. Cluedia was dealing with my case .. very very rude and disgusting behaviour for a trainee solicitor (avoid her were ever possible).
