Google Bad Review 1: Nothing short of disgraceful. We commissioned the installation nearly two years ago, still not working and despite dozens of messages and phone calls for nearly a year now we've had no response at all. Initially Marek claimed the manufacturer was out of stock of a missing party, after lsix months and eaving a bad review on here, the part magically appeared for delivery on a Sunday, which was clearly untrue the blame was on the manufacturer. Installation was finally done but the drain pipes which were attached with cable ties keep coming off and flooding the room to the point that we aren't able to use the air con. We have tried to contact by phone and messages since August 2019 and we haven't had a single response from him since then. A complete scam, everyone who was scammed should report them to trading standards.
