Google Bad Review (2): Honestly an appalling level of service from Diane The manager who is quite incompetent. At the moment there’s a property with 30% vacancy, people have moved out. Multiple voicemails and messages left ignored for months. I literally don’t know if the owners of this agency know what the hell she’s doing, but literally driving people out. Imagine one poor woman spent 12 weeks without a Hot water. It’s actually so crazy that people started moving out in droves. Stay away from Conrad Fox.
Edit: I don’t want to publicly state an address and put people at risk. But unless they have multiple properties where they are allowing people to spend 12 weeks without hot water, they know exactly which one this is about. After response below, just checked and find it ironic CF replied so promptly to a negative review, yet haven’t responded to emails sent months ago; let a residents stay without basic services or maintenance for months and sometimes years driving people out.
