Google Bad Review 1: Went in the early afternoon for a charging issue with my laptop, the lady seemed friendly and helpful at the time and told me someone would look at it and for me to come back at 5, when it will be “fixed, no problem”. When I come at 5 they hadn't started to look at it and told me they would need to buy a new charging port, so they wouldn't have ever done it by 5. I took it somewhere else instead and within 5 minutes they showed me that it was the charger that was broken, so I bought a new one from them and my laptop is working perfectly again.

Google Bad Review (2): I wish I could give less than one star because the service was that poor. I asked them if they could fix my hardrive so I bought it in. The guy made me wait 30 minutes before telling me to leave the hardrive there and they would call me back at 6. I didn’t recieve any call so I called them back the next day. The guy told me they will have a look and call back in an hour. But I didn’t recieve any call. So I called him again the next day and he again told me that he will call back at around 7 and again i recieved no call back. I gave it a few days as they were probably working on fixing it. When I did eventually call, the guy began speaking very rudely to me, telling me I am annoying him with constant calls and wasting his time and then refused to fix the hardrive. Terrible service
