Google Bad Review: Absolutely flabbergasted with the poor service I have received from this company! Don't bother to get your screen repaired here-they will worm their way out of anything to avoid being held responsible for poor workmanship! Put my iPad in for a simple screen replacement (it was smashed to bits but still worked fine and the screen had not come away-a point to remember when reading on), I've had nothing but headache from these people. First time around there was a crack in the new screen when they tried to give it back to me. Second time around tehey had scratched the LCD screen underneath the glass. This took them four weeks to repair. I had to keep calling them to find out the progress-no call back was given to me as promised by them every time. After finally taking my iPad home after 6weeks in their shop, with a 3month ‘warranty' on my receipt, 3 and a half weeks later my new screen has come unstuck and lifted off of the base of my iPad. I've taken it back in-and they had the cheek to suggest I dropped it. Please remember when I first brought the iPad in the screen was smashed and had been dropped-but it was very much in tack and firmly attached to the actual iPad itself. The screen is not damaged neither is the iPad-but it has come unstuck-this is down to their workmanship-not accidental damage. Then they want to tell me they are heating and reselling it out of good will??? Good will? Why is a new screen not staying stuck to the iPad in the first place? It's three and half weeks old?! How is this lawful? Ok so they are fixing it but have the cheek to tell me it's not covered under warranty? This is not accidental damage but poor workmanship. I'm disgusted with their behaviour. They did not give me an invoice the first time around then gave me a poorly copied version of it. Then proceeded to take away and screw up my original invoice/job sheet in front of my face!!! I'm so angry with them I feel to call the police on them!
