Google Bad Review: Edit – complete physio left a reply saying how concerned they were and how they would investigate it. But didn't leave specific contact details so I tried to get in contact and was ignored. Usual rubbish from an organisation with a bad review.

This is specifically for Luke Millward, I didn't see any other physio so can't comment. I went to Luke originally with plantar fascia pain in both heels. He did an ultrasound and started treatment with shockwave therapy which requires multiple treatments. Initially successful in reducing the pain after some months it returned. This started an unsuccessful period of returning to Luke who would spend 5 minutes administering the treatment and then kick me out, no interest in asking questions or addressing the root cause. Eventually after one such session I started to ask questions such as what can I do to improve the situation, can I have another scan to see how things have changed etc. He kept on moving to the point we had left the treatment room and were now in the gym. He got angry and started shouting at me that a scan would take 20 minutes. As he said it I looked at my watch and we had 20 minutes of our session left and he'd been trying to get me out for 5 minutes already so I responded in kind. The encounter left me feeling sick, when you pay to go see a professional when you're vulnerable the last thing you expect is to be shouted at in public for asking questions about your treatment that you'd spent thousands of pounds on. On the way home Luke called me to apologise and offer me a ‘free' scan next time I came in. Whilst I went back once to complete my treatment I never returned again and never will.
