Google Bad Review 1: I contacted the firm by telephone and asked them if it was possible to have a solicitor witness me sign a document. The receptionist asked what type of document it was to which i responded a personal loan. She asked if i needed advice or just a witness and I said just a witness. She put me on hold and came back to me to inform me that it would be £5. I told her it would take me 40 minutes to get to the office. When i arrived I was told that the partner would be unable to witness as he didn't do personal loan documents. Left extremely disappointed due to the wasted journey.

Google Bad Review (2): Very disappointed by the level of professionalism of this firm.
They are so incompetent they couldn't even agree internally with each other.
They made me waste six month (for a job that should have taken 2), a few thousands quids and the job wasn't even completed. Lost confidence in their capabilities and had to find for a new Solicitor's firm.
Avoid and look for true professionals.
