Google Bad Review 1: I’ve been going to Cole’s infrequently for 10 years now and I can say I am done with that place due to unprofessional and (my best way to describe it) weird customer service.
I remember a few years ago I asked for a cut and a side fringe, when the hairdresser (the one with dark hair and tattoos) was done she made a snide comment. She rudely remarked “oh, it does kinda suit you.” I thought that was a really unprofessional thing to say and was slightly offended.
Another time I went I asked to a dry cut and as my hair being cut, the hairdresser with the glasses was with her client started to not-so-sutlely pitch how washing your hair was so “wonderful” and “relaxing.” It was quite uncomfortable.
But the last straw came recently, I had booked a hair appointment for 12:30, and arrived 5 minutes early. As I entered the shop my hairdresser told me to wait in the next room and she be there soon, and I did as she said. No longer than 3 minutes the hairdresser with the glasses asked if I had an appointment and I said yes. Then she asked if I had spoken to someone. I once again said yes and even I told her the name of my hairdresser. After a minute or so another hairdresser from the front of the shop entered the back and the hairdresser with the glasses ask her if I had spoken to someone. The other hairdresser replied “yes, and she said she was going to be two minutes.”
I got up immediately and left. I did not like being taken for a liar and felt uncomfortable in her presence. Did she think I had nothing better to do than sit in a hairdressers at midday on a Saturday afternoon? If it was 10 minutes or longer I can understand why she asked that question, but I was not. To be honest I was in the shop less than 10 minutes!
I can safely say I will not be returning to Cole’s.

Google Bad Review (2): Every time I come here I’m disappointed they give a decent haircut for the money, you just have to wait for an hour? I’ve literally just walked out after 45 minute wait and having four people in front of me when it came to my turn they all just disappeared for a cigarette.
Continuingly poor service sad to say I’ve given this place more than a fair share of chances and now I will not return
