Google Bad Review 1: Honestly, I was expecting way better based on the reviews. Julie is great, but the two young men are nasty. I was nervous getting pierced for the first time and the guy piercing me, Coz, was being cheeky for no reason but I didn’t think too much of it. Despite this, I returned because I had a problem with my piercing and I wanted help. I go in and I ask for advice, but Coz’s attitude intimidated me and I felt a bit shy, so he then proceeds to claim that I was giving him attitude and he didn’t like the expression on my face, when I was just a very quiet and shy person. Being that this was several years ago, I was much younger at the time and I tried to protest but he spoke over the top of me and humiliated me in front of other customers so I just stayed quiet. This completely ruined my mood and confidence and I wanted to leave but felt I was now stuck to be served. Not only that, but I then decide to wait quietly on the side until him and his colleague finished serving other customers, to which his colleague (the male receptionist) looked at me and demanded that I “smile”. I’ve never forgotten this degrading and humiliating experience. They were complete strangers and they treated me with intimidation. I’d rather pierce myself than go anywhere near these two again. Seriously, find a better shop, they’re gonna be sticking needles in your body, is it really worth having it done by these insulting, verbally aggressive and intimidating people? The short answer is no.
