Google Bad Review 1: In November last year, I went to your Paddington branch for a bikini and full leg wax. While there, the manager started talking to me about laser (the manager had waxed me, said it would help with in grown hairs etc.). Now with her having waxed me, she would have noticed that I have grey hair, quite a bit. But not once did she mention that laser would not work on grey hair. It was only when I went for my 3rd appointment on Monday (24 Mar) & mentioned that the grey hairs were still growing as normal, did someone actual say that laser wouldn't work on grey hair.
I still have 4 sessions left (1 free due to lateness of salon), which I am not going to use because there would be no point to it. I was also promised a phone call by the manager on Tuesday. It is now Saturday and I am still waiting on said phone call. Which isn't surprising really as she mis-sold the product to me.
Now I may have only paid a quarter of the price back in December for laser (it is now £600, very over-priced if you ask me) but that does not mean I shouldn't expect the same level of service.
I am therefore expecting a full refund for this service, as it was mis-sold to me and I will not be using this salon again.

My friends husband went in for a treatment called microdermabrasion facial and he booked 6 session but on his 4th session due to the machine / device used for the microdermabrasion treatment he noticed a scratch on his face which formed in to a bruise then into a scar.
Now it's so prominent and looks so bad on his whole look of his face I know no one will want to book any treatment with this clinic anymore after reviewing this.
Staff did not bother dispute my husband telling her he has noticed this scar on his face on his 4th and 5th session
