Google Bad Review 1: I almost lost my baby because their severe negligence. They were giving my baby eggs which they were informed that my baby is allergic to eggs. My baby has anaphylaxis and was sent to A&E. She was unresponsive and we couldn't wake her up for 5 minutes. The most scary part is that nursery didn't tell me the truth, I asked if she had egg for tea time. Teacher told me it could be the heat and she was having vegetables and might accidentally grab someone's eggs but only for a tiny bit.
Why didn't they call 999 or call us to send her to hospital? Why trying to cover?
On the way home, she was having very watery diarrhoea and whole buggy was covered in poo, we had to move her from the buggy to her baby bathtub and this was when we discovered she was completely unresponsive and unconscious for the whole 5 minutes. We rinsed her in cold water and dialled 999. If it wasn't for that diarrhoea, we could have let her sleep and she could never wake up……
I could have lost her, and I can't sleep or function normal since it happened.
