Google Bad Review 1: Firstly, i booked an appointment and was told to wait and until i asked what was going on, they gave me a colour chart. I asked for a glass of water (a drink per appointment advertised) and received nothing. Secondly, after a while finally i got my feet shellac done and two days later, they peeled off. Thirdly, one of my dipping gel nails also peeled off today. This had never happen when i got this done at other salons in the past, and not to mention the price at this salon is relatively high for the service i was receiving. What annoyed me the most is that i told them this was for a very special occasion oversea. It’s now two days till the event, and there’s nowhere where i am to get this fixed.

Google Bad Review (2): I would not go here again. The staff were friendly however the service received is very poor. My nails started chipping within 4 days and this is shocking as I paid £40! I was told I can come in for a top up however the chipping continued the next day. My regular place charges me £20 and the quality is excellent and lasts me a minimum of 3 weeks. I would seriously reconsider your pricings or give your customers a FULL refund and not a 50% discount because I surely will not come back for a job that only lasts me 4 days.
