Google Bad Review 1: Wouldn't even give one star, man on the other end of the phone was condescending, impatient, and short with me when looking for advice on a business car insurance policy. Shame as friend had recommended this comany to me 🙁

Google Bad Review (2): I tried to get a quote on the phone regarding my business car insurance – Lady on the phone was very rude and wanted to end the conversation quickly.
No advise was given nor help, understand and professionalism. Clearly she's not happy working there and wants to do bear minimum.
I have now read other reviews of them to which the same thing is stated. I am surprised on how a poorly run business with unfit staff is still running.
