Google Bad Review (2): Went to Marina in Kingsbury with a crowd of 14 people and we were appalled by the level of professionalism in the restaurant. The waiters sent two beers which didn't taste right so we sent them back straight away to get them changed and the management said they were going to charge us. We pushed back and when the bill came we were shocked to see that we were charged for the beers as well as an extra beer. They therefore sneakily add extra items in the bill and if you don't check it properly you won't know you are being charged. The management and the owner were really rude and were not apologetic for a well established restaurant. This is not the standard of service one would expect and we have been going there for 15-20 years. Clearly with this business loyalty does not work both ways.
