Google Bad Review 1: This company is run by cowboys. They came to fix a problem and replaced a part they said was faulty. It wasn't….
The same problem happened 8 months after their visit. The owner came and said other parts would need to be replaced. Quote was for around £450. I questioned this and got a snotty email from them.
I got British Gas to come and they replaced none of the parts and cost was under £60
0/10 I would recommend to avoid this company at all costs – as it will cost!

Google Bad Review (2): After discussing prior to the call out, we agreed that there would be no fee charged by Cloverleaf if the cause was due to their previous works.
Cloverleaf was assigned by my letting agent whilst I was away to find the cause and fix the PRV. But instead of finding the cause, the engineer only replaced the PRV, and within a few months it broke again.
I have had an engineer from a different company come in to diagnose and rectify the issue at the source, and he mentioned that the EXPANSION VESSEL should have been checked and replaced at the initial visit.
So if Cloverleaf actually had carried a thorough inspection/diagnostic, then the replaced PRV wouldn’t have broke again. And I wouldn’t have had to pay for the second replacement.
Now having the cheek to charge for the callout is unreal, and threatened with increasing interest if left unpaid
Update:
Your response only refers to your second (recent) visit. What you need to do is talk about the visit back in Sept 2021. That’s when your engineer didn’t find the root cause and only replaced the PRV. If back then a proper job was carried out then there wouldn’t have been a second visit and additional call out charge
