Google Bad Review (2): Me and my friend spent £606 for a couples package deal. This included a full day use of the spa facilities, a back massage, facial & lunch. We were told our treatment would start at 10 – in what world does it make sense to have products YOU PAID to have all over your body so early and then be expected to spend the rest of the day in the steam/sauna rooms basically shedding all the oils and goodness from the back massage and facial?? I tried to request a later time for the treatments, only to be told no. There is Zero respect for peoples money here. Only Pro – my masseuse Jessica was really good. The “spa” only had one steam room. Lunch was ok. Anything extra you hear is a myth. Please do not waste your money here. I’ll never be returning. £606 to have a massage, facial, lunch and sit in a steam room for an hour or so before we we’re so disappointed we had to leave.
