Google Bad Review (2): This chemist USE to be good at delivering (£1 charge) my mums medications until a couple of months ago when apparently they took on a new person to deal with prescriptions.
For the 3rd time they have left my 91 year old mother with NO medication. I had to call the doctors myself and arrange for an emergency prescription to be sent. I called chemist last night and spoke to a woman who lied and said she would get it sorted today and call me back.
Of course, she never did and, by her incompetent telephone manner she obviously couldn’t give a stuff.
These are incompetent people dealing with other peoples lives. They don’t care if elderly people have their medication. My mum is lucky she has me to sort things out. What about other people in her position who are alone?
I shall be reporting this chemist to NHS and the General pharmaceutical council.
