Google Bad Review 1: The receptionist was exceptionally rude. We were 15 minutes late for an appointment and she started off by lecturing my wife and I on our time keeping. When I apologised and said there had been traffic on the way and that I can fill the forms while my wife goes in to make up the time she continued to be interrupt and use a very patronising tone. She ended by saying that my wife will not be receiving a full session and that the doctor is so very busy. At that point I decided to leave. If that is going to be the attitude at the door, then I don't want to find out what the treatment will be like.
I wouldn't mind being warned if the doctor's diary is full or if she has apologised and asked us to reschedule because of our tardiness. She could've sat us down and asked to check if the doctor was still willing to see my wife. But no. She just wanted to give us attitude for the sake of it.
Not recommended. At least not until they change their receptionist.
