Google Bad Review 1: They did a presentation at a business development seminar I attended and sold themselves very well so we signed up with them. We are a professional practice and the campaign needed to be carefully targeted but their approach was totally unfocused . The leads we got were very low quality and very few resulted in business. They kept saying that we needed to be patient that they were constantly fine tuning the ads and results would improve over time but I got the impression that they were rather bereft of ideas. As we had signed up for six months we had no choice but to wait and see. Sadly, the improvement that they promised never materialised and we bailed out as soon as we could (several thousand pounds poorer). I told them how disappointed we were and they were very apologetic. They seemed to accept that our criticisms were valid. I am sorry to have to write such a negative review because the people I dealt with were really nice.
