Google Bad Review 1: Unfortunately If there was 0 stars I would have left that ! , waisted 1 hour journey having spoken to someone on the phone about my blocked ear they said I could have micro suction. So I turn up to be told no I can’t do it as you have an infection I think she possibly wasn’t very qualified very much in my opinion fair enough but then I’m told I have to pay £19.99 for a waisted appointment where it wasn’t a waste I turned up and couldn't have it done and how am I supposed to know it was an infection and therefore think it’s quite unfair to make people pay won’t recommend or return again !

Google Bad Review (2): Not happy with service. My appointment for ear wax removal service was running about 15 minutes late and not once did the lady sitting at the front office desk use any initiative or common sense in ascertaining what was going on and advising me let alone apologising for the inconvenience caused. This was a private treatment where the client pays for the service and not a free NHS service so I would expect better standards from this place. The Audiologist explained everything well and was easily approachable and answered all my concerns and questions. The ear wax removal machine they use I found to be quite noisy indicating possibly that they are using quite an old machine as the more newer recent machine make much less noise and quieter than what they use currently. Ear wax was not 100% completely removed as I found some loose wax in my right ear canal when I left and got home however this was not a major problem.
