Google Bad Review: WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! DO NOT WORK HERE AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!! Where do I start…. Inadequate training, given shifts from 7am-11pm with breaks being driving from home to home. Half a day shadowing then sent on individual calls. Expected to be at 2 places at once, once at a clients home receive a text saying not to go there and that they are sending me a new rota. The new rota did not come through for 20 minutes. Asked to change my availability twice with no change and still expected to work times I was NOT available. Was not able to do jobs due to personal circumstances, called and apologised to be told to “not come back” then to receive a call the next day asking me to work. THEN after stupidly going back, i quit after one week as I hated management that much. Was told I would have to pay £70 for DBS and training (although I completed 1 days training as I had the other certs) equating to over £200 off my pay. THEN!!!!! Come payday, no pay. Call payroll who advised they DID NOT TAKE MY BANK DETAILS. Which INCOMPETENT staff do not take an employees details. I assumed they already had them as I got the job a while before starting. Continuous calls to payroll who said I needed a new starters form for details. Go down to the office on Monday to give them. It's now Wednesday, no pay and more calls to payroll who said Michelle have not sent the form across. Absolute shambles of a company. Now looking for legal advice over this. Please bare in mind this was all within a week. AVOID AVOID AVOID
