Google Bad Review (2): The cleaning guru team made my life hell during my end of tenancy cleaning. They took a booking amount and the cleaners on the day of cleaning said we can’t find parking and therefore we can’t clean and we will not give back deposit. The lady on the phone was super rude. I arranged parking for them in the building and the guy kept getting lost on the way up wasting time. I had written another review before this and the lady kept calling me and threatening that if I don’t remove the review they will not clean the house! It was like ransom demand! Because that was the last day and I didn’t have time to find another cleaner I had to take down the review. Now that it’s done I can WARN others to never take services of this company as they are not at all professional. The person cleaned the oven after leaving it on for two hours and they didn’t bother to mop the floors or keep the furniture back in place. Kindly stay away!
