I hired End of Tenancy cleaning, left the cleaners in the flat for 3 hours, when I came back the flat was still very dirty, I asked and they cleaned again a few parts but other parts they said ‘it is impossible to clean’ including the toilet because their brush wouldn’t fit. When they left I cleaned the bits they refused to clean wish a wet wipe, and they said it was impossible to clean!!! They put a product on the kitchen worktop that made it sticky and they said they did not know how to clean it. The inventory clerk and the landlord complaint about the cleaning so they came back at no additional cost, however they still could not clean the flat, the worktop was still sticky and they were rude and shouted at me, I ended up cleaning the flat myself. I complaint to the manager who never answered me back. Bottom line, I payed a lot of money to be shouted at and end up cleaning the flat by myself! This company is anything else but professional! I do not recommend.
