Google Good Review: I was about to move out of my rented property several days ago and I needed a reliable and affordable end of tenancy cleaning service to help me move our on good terms with my landlord. As I spend most of my time at the office and to be honest, I did not have desire to spend the little time I had scrubbing and vacuuming, I contacted your company. I have used most of the cleaning services you offer already and you always provide me with satisfying results. In the usual manner, your call centre representative introduced me to the end of tenancy cleaning and asked me if I had any specific requests regarding the cleaning session. The housekeepers came on the dot and got to work immediately. I have to say that they were overwhelmingly good and passionate! They thoroughly cleaned the entire property, even under and behind furniture. Everything was left in a pristine condition and I have to admit that I would never reach such high levels for such a short period of time. The best part is that the price I paid was more than practical. I am very satisfied with your end of tenancy cleaning service, thank you.

Google Bad Review: I definitely would not recommend this service! A month in advance, I booked for deep cleaning at £90 for 4 hours to help with my end of tenancy clean. I had called 3 times prior to the appointment date to check it was still going on. 45 minutes before the appointment (!!!), Cleaners Chiswick call to cancel and said they could only offer me a full end of tenancy clean the next day at £160. Not only did they refuse to discount the more expensive clean when I asked, but the inventory clerk was coming the following day at 2pm, so a next day clean was not an option for me. Daphne was incredibly rude, cutting me off as I was trying to speak, and extremely unhelpful with providing me with an alternative price or cleaner. I was left scrambling to find another cleaner for same day service, and ended up cleaning with her till 11pm that day.
To note as well: A day before the booking, Cleaners Chiswick rang to ask if I could provide the cleaning equipment for £10 reduction of the price. Isn’t that meant to be part of their service? How can a cleaning company not have back up cleaners OR the correct cleaning equipment? I usually don’t leave such negative reviews, but they made my life extremely stressful this weekend.
