Google Bad Review 1: Booked this cleaning company to do our E.O.T cleaning. They were quite a bit more expensive than other cleaning companies (£190 for 1 bedroom apartment) but was assured after reading good reviews on here. On the day the cleaner turned up an hour late with just a suitcase and no tools, this didn't feel me with a lot of confidence. The cleaner did a terrible job and when I email the company to complain they refused to rectify the areas I bought up as this would be an extra charge. For the amount of money, I paid I would expect them to clean basic things like bathroom mould as a bare minimum. Don't waste your money using this company, they're far cheaper options out there that will do a better job.

Google Bad Review (2): My tenant left my flat without cleaning it (it seemed she hadn't cleaned for many months). I saw the reviews for Cleaner Cleaner and asked for a quote. Email responses were quick and then I was asked for photos, which I sent. They then told me the cleaning was ‘beyond their ability'. I thought that cleaning was what they did but it seems if there is grease in the kitchen or grime on the bathroom tiles they are unable to clean. I expect they only clean clean properties, which defeats the object. Unimpressed.
