Google Good Review: I’m surprised to see such negative reviews. Considering mental health services are bursting at the seams with no contingency in place, they are doing an amazing job. From Brenda on reception to the senior mental health specialist Simon on the crisis team and Brenda the duty psychiatrist. They were very patient in supporting a family member of mine, they communicated well and kept the centre open later to ensure they provided the best outcome. Infallible service from the Claybrook Centre.

Google Bad Review: Absolutely terrible! Was talking on the phone with G. Passerello and when I received her letter she put inside only lies! I have never told her things she put them in. You can't use vulnerable people like that! I definitely don't trust this center anymore and I will take this further.
