Google Bad Review 1: Almost as awful as Tina beauty. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Took me 30 minutes to have a single nail redone in my lunch break as they were trying to do as many people at once. They only care about the money-the nails are terrible and don't last long! DO NOT go here! Only nail places in Bromley I recommend are Bromley north ones!

Google Bad Review (2): Never again. I have been there many times to do shellac manicure and pedicure. Always with shellac polish, ALWAYS. I have always paid 50£ to have mani and pedi. Today suddenly it was 65. And they also insisted that it has always been 65, when I have always paid 50. I won't go back.
