Google Bad Review 1: Not good, went to collect a parcel that I payed for but you would think I was collecting the crown jewels, by the way I was treated, I was made to feel like a common criminal, I showed them ID but they was not satisfied with that, they wanted photo ID, absolutely ridiculous, the staff were asian and were stereotyping me but took no notice ( in terms of spying on him) of the Caucasian man standing behind me, highly unlikely that I will have my parcels sent there in the future.
