Google Bad Review 1: Appalling customer service at the Wembley Designer Outlet store in my experience. Wish I could give it a 0 star rating. If you don't have patience for your young target market, don't work there. To put my comment into context, a miserable looking staff member snatched away a tube of gloop from my child's hand whilst she was showing it to me and sternly told my daughter off, telling her she wasn't allowed to touch it.
1. She wasn't running around the shop by herself being a brat.
2. I was stood right next to her supervising and helping her choose!
3. We've never had any issues with touching items in other Claire's stores (we had clean hands and no food/drink at the time-so is this a thing?)
I couldn't believe it and had to walk out before I lost my cool. She should have addressed me if she had concerns not my child. In need of some serious customer service training in this branch HQ,!
